The lieutenant knew Rob and Rachael Gibbon’s father, as well as, knew about the winged wolf. The Blue Angel Project was as hush hush as any alien autopsy or abduction. But their father released the creature out into the world. Why? those reasons will come later on ^_^ Here you see that poor Rob is sort of getting jabbed for what his father had done….and he is a bit leery now of his Lieutenant. Rob’s father disappeared shortly after they saw the winged wolf. And now he believes he knows why.
